Responsibilities
- Develop smart AI solutions, automated AI-driven processes, and chat solutions for customer needs.
- Orchestrate language models, perform prompt engineering, and develop search, information-retrieval, automation, and RAG solutions.
- Build scalable AI solutions using Python, FastAPI, React, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize AI use cases and advise customers on how to create business value.
- Communicate insights, results, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of practical experience in a technical role such as developer, data analyst, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, or AI Engineer.
- Higher education at master’s level in a relevant field such as technology, computer science, engineering, artificial intelligence, mathematics, statistics, physics, or economics.
- Experience with programming and developing data or AI solutions, preferably using Python.
- Strong analytical skills and experience solving complex problems.
- Strong written and spoken Norwegian and English communication skills, with the ability to connect technology and business.
- Preferred experience includes LLM APIs such as Azure OpenAI, agent frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph, vector databases, RAG frameworks, or Copilot Studio.
- Preferred experience includes Databricks, Snowflake, dbt, TypeScript, SQL, the Azure data stack, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, CI/CD, MLOps, consulting, project-based work, or stakeholder management.
