Responsibilities
- Build and orchestrate multi-agent AI systems and integrate agent outputs into production environments.
- Design prompts and workflows for AI coding agents and validate generated code for quality, safety, and accuracy.
- Create scalable RAG architectures, vector stores, and knowledge systems for context-aware AI experiences.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize LLMs and AI agents in production with responsible AI guardrails and observability.
- Build AI-embedded applications and workflows using enterprise AI platforms and automation tools.
- Partner directly with clients and own the solutions built by the pod through production deployment.
Requirements
- 3–10 years of technical delivery experience with strong full-stack AI-tool fluency.
- Hands-on experience with agentic coding and multi-agent orchestration using LangChain, AutoGen, or LangGraph.
- Strong prompt and intent engineering skills, including validation of AI-generated code.
- Experience designing RAG pipelines and managing vector databases.
- Experience with LLMOps, model lifecycle management, guardrails, AI operations observability, and CI/CD for AI systems.
- Demonstrated production AI operations, context and retrieval engineering, full-stack AI delivery, and business-context judgment.
