Base Salary

$94k - $142k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
  • Manage OpenShift/Kubernetes infrastructure, deployments, debugging, capacity monitoring, and service mesh environments.
  • Develop and maintain scalable Python applications in microservice architectures.
  • Create automated unit and integration tests to support code quality and system reliability.
  • Monitor logs, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize application performance using Kibana and Grafana.
  • Manage SDLC processes, application promotions, and release workflows with ServiceNow.
  • Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams while mentoring junior analysts and advising stakeholders.
  • Define and apply operating standards, DevOps practices, risk controls, and compliance processes.

Requirements

  • Typically 4+ years of experience in application development, DevOps, or platform engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, including Anaconda, and excellent debugging skills.
  • Extensive experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines with Lightspeed, Jenkins, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
  • Proficiency in Shell scripting and experience with ServiceNow or similar release management platforms.
  • Hands-on expertise with OpenShift/Kubernetes, microservice architectures, container log monitoring, and debugging.
  • Practical experience with Kibana, Grafana, SDLC processes, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, mentoring, advisory, and independent judgment skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
