Responsibilities
- Shape product work from definition through release.
- Build end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems.
- Write backend TypeScript using Node, Postgres, Redis, and Kubernetes.
- Write frontend TypeScript using React.
- Fix bugs, improve infrastructure, and provide technical support to customers when needed.
- Expand the third-party integration marketplace.
- Contribute to technical architecture planning as the product evolves.
- Support Sales and Marketing teams with engineering context or expertise.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping full-stack web applications, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Good knowledge of TypeScript.
- Experience working across frontend and backend systems.
- Appreciation for design, usability, and digital product craftsmanship.
- Product mindset and interest in understanding the problems behind the work.
- Comfort moving between features, bugs, infrastructure, and integrations.
- Ability to collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design to take ideas through production.
- Strong ownership and focus on delivering useful, high-quality customer experiences.
