Responsibilities
- Develop backend features using Ruby on Rails and/or Scala with ZIO.
- Develop frontend features using React and Redux.
- Create unit and integration tests through manual and automated testing efforts.
- Build prototypes and proofs of concept.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and peer code reviews.
- Work with Product Management to detail requirements, review work in progress, and resolve issues found through testing.
Requirements
- Degree in Software Engineering.
- At least 6 years of full-stack, web-based application development experience.
- At least 6 years of development experience with React and Ruby on Rails or Scala.
- At least 6 years of HTML and CSS development experience.
- Understanding of relational database concepts and modeling practices.
- Ability to learn new technologies, work independently or collaboratively, and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to software development.
- Fluency in written and verbal English and Portuguese.
