Responsibilities
- Design and develop technical and integration solutions for SAP implementation, conversion, development, enhancement, and support projects.
- Work with clients to understand business processes, define integration requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in technical workshops, write technical specifications and test plans, and support development and testing.
- Provide end-user training, delivery support, escalation management, and expert assistance across projects.
- Manage project timelines and contribute to innovation and transformation initiatives in client accounts.
- Coordinate with SAP and third-party partners and provide functional leadership through delegation and coordination.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience with SAP Cloud ALM.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Ability to provide SAP technical expertise, design integration solutions, solve advanced technical problems, and support client engagements.
