Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and gather business requirements while analyzing their impact on implemented solutions.
- Advise customers on procurement best practices and configuration management.
- Configure and customize the Ivalua Buyer solution using C#, .NET, and SQL.
- Perform reverse engineering and debugging to resolve project issues throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Develop configuration solutions that limit the need for custom code.
- Interact with the R&D team regarding product features.
- Manage deliveries, resolve technical operational issues, and contribute to peer code reviews.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of software development experience, primarily with C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
- Ability to understand complex functional and technical environments and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Comfort with configuration-based solutions instead of new coding and development.
- A BE/BTech or master’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a closely related field, or a foreign equivalent.
- Functional knowledge of SRM, supply chain, or procurement is preferred.
- Experience working with Claude Code is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication, client relationship management, self-direction, results orientation, leadership, and multicultural collaboration skills.
