Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and gather business requirements for application maintenance and enhancements.
- Analyze impacts on implemented solutions and advise customers on procurement leading practices and configuration management.
- Configure and customize the Ivalua Buyer solution using C#/.NET and SQL Server.
- Perform reverse engineering and debugging to resolve issues throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Own enhancements, upgrades, application performance tuning activities, technical deliveries, and operational issue resolution.
- Collaborate with the R&D team on product features and contribute to peer code reviews.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of software development experience, primarily with C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a closely related field, or a foreign equivalent.
- Ability to understand complex functional and technical environments and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Comfort seeking configuration-based solutions instead of creating new code when appropriate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort working in a multicultural environment.
- Client relationship management, self-direction, results orientation, leadership, and exceptional communication skills.
- Functional knowledge of SRM, supply chain, or procurement is a plus.
- Experience working with AI and Claude Code is listed as a qualification.
