Responsibilities
- Work independently in the SAP technical workstream for implementation, conversion, development, enhancement, and support projects.
- Create high-level and detailed designs and develop technical and integration solutions.
- Work with clients to understand business needs, processes, and integration requirements.
- Lead client discussions and technical or technology workshops.
- Write technical specifications and test plans for development teams.
- Provide end-user training, expert project support, delivery support, and escalation management.
- Manage projects and timelines and contribute to innovation and transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate with SAP and third-party partners.
Requirements
- Mandatory SAP ABAP HR skills.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Ability to provide technical expertise, advanced problem-solving, and client-facing consulting support.
- Ability to manage projects, timelines, technical requirements, and delivery engagements.
