Responsibilities
- Support the planning, analysis, and design of advanced CRM solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI Copilot.
- Contribute to the design and development of scalable, secure CRM architectures integrated with enterprise systems and cloud services.
- Manage escalations and resolve technical issues, including through the use of AI.
- Ensure project quality through KPIs, automated testing, and security best practices.
- Promote continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies.
- Collaborate with global and offshore teams and international stakeholders.
- Support all project phases from planning and delivery through evolutionary maintenance.
Requirements
- Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE platform.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework or .NET Core, and JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience with Windows Services, SQL Server, and SISS.
- Experience with enterprise architecture, data integration, DevOps pipelines, and Application Lifecycle Management.
- Experience integrating Azure Integration Services and cloud services.
- Consulting experience, customer-management ability, and the ability to develop action plans.
- Ability to work with global or offshore teams and strong communication skills.
- Preferred: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, full spoken and written English proficiency, and willingness to travel.
