Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain frontend components for web-based services.
- Build and manage CLO-SET’s frontend systems.
- Develop and maintain internal back-office administration tools and design system components.
- Improve frontend systems and user experience.
- Optimize code and continuously improve the development environment and engineering efficiency.
- Collaborate with web developers, graphics engineers, UX designers, business developers, backend engineers, product designers, and product managers across global offices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of frontend development experience.
- Practical experience developing with JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
- Experience using React or another client-side framework.
- Experience with TanStack Query and state management libraries such as Jotai, Zustand, or Redux.
- Experience with CSS libraries such as Emotion.js, Tailwind CSS, or vanilla-extract.
- Familiarity with module bundler environments such as Vite, Rollup, or SWC.
- Experience measuring and optimizing website performance.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other disciplines.
- Preferred: experience using AI tools for development and optimizing or securing generated code.
- Preferred: experience writing test cases, automating tests, and building CI/CD pipelines.
- Preferred: practical experience with Next.js or a similar SSR platform.
- Preferred: experience with Datadog, Sentry, or similar tools for service monitoring and performance tuning.
- Preferred: English communication skills and knowledge of SEO, responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, and modern UX technologies.
