Responsibilities
- Develop and support Front Arena installations, interfaces, and tools.
- Capture requirements, plan solutions, implement changes, and test solutions in a SAFe environment.
- Provide Front User support for Trading, Midoffice, and Risk Office teams.
- Maintain and configure Front Arena landscapes and tune performance and stability across environments.
- Work on complex trade-floor problems and collaborate directly with traders.
- Support structured products issuance, trading, and life-cycling.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience as a Front Arena developer using Python, AEL, and ACM.
- Extensive expertise in the maintenance and configuration of Front Arena landscapes.
- Proven proficiency in performance and stability tuning across ADS, APS, AMBA, XMBA, TAB, APH, TAPS, and MS-SQL environments.
- Experience with structured products issuance, trading, and life-cycling.
- Experience working directly with traders on a trade floor.
- Background in Science, Technology, or Engineering.
- ADFL experience is a plus.
- Good English knowledge at B1/B2 level, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
