Responsibilities
- Parametrize and further develop portfolio-management functions and master-data extensions within the Avaloq banking platform.
- Contribute to large-scale refactoring of investment-proposal functions, interfaces, and service calls.
- Design and develop event-streaming interfaces connecting to a central Kafka-based integration platform.
- Maintain and enhance Java-based backend components.
- Analyze and implement business and technical requirements with relevant stakeholders.
- Support ongoing operations and analyze and resolve technical incidents.
- Take part in an agile DevOps team working according to SAFe and Scrum.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in Avaloq parametrization.
- Several years of experience in Java backend development.
- Strong knowledge of parametrizing portfolio-management functions and master data.
- Experience developing and integrating interfaces; Kafka and event-streaming knowledge is advantageous.
- Experience with agile development methods such as SAFe and Scrum.
- Willingness to assume operational responsibility within a DevOps approach.
- Strong analytical, structured, solution-oriented, and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Interest in investments and retirement-provision topics.
- Good German and English skills are mandatory.
