Senior Software Engineer / Workday Integration and Prism Analytics

- Lead moderately complex software engineering initiatives and deliverables within the technical domain.
- Design, code, test, debug, document, upgrade, deploy, and support technology solutions.
- Develop Workday Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and scorecards.
- Build Workday Prism Analytics data ingestion, transformations, and dataset management solutions.
- Integrate Workday data with external analytics or reporting platforms.
- Review and resolve technical challenges, production issues, and escalations.
- Lead projects, provide guidance to less experienced staff, and support client needs.
- Support production releases, deployments, critical reporting milestones, and issue resolution, including occasional extended hours.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Reporting, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports and calculated fields.
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, including data ingestion, transformations, and dataset management.
- Strong proficiency with SQL and understanding of relational data models.
- Experience integrating Workday data with external analytics or reporting platforms.
- Understanding of Workday security domains and role-based access controls.
- Power BI dashboard or analytical solution development experience is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to continuously learn Workday and Prism Analytics enhancements.
- Ability to work from a designated Wells Fargo office location in India under a hybrid or in-office model.
