Senior Software Engineer / Workday Integration and Prism Analytics

Responsibilities

  • Lead moderately complex software engineering initiatives and deliverables within the technical domain.
  • Design, code, test, debug, document, upgrade, deploy, and support technology solutions.
  • Develop Workday Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and scorecards.
  • Build Workday Prism Analytics data ingestion, transformations, and dataset management solutions.
  • Integrate Workday data with external analytics or reporting platforms.
  • Review and resolve technical challenges, production issues, and escalations.
  • Lead projects, provide guidance to less experienced staff, and support client needs.
  • Support production releases, deployments, critical reporting milestones, and issue resolution, including occasional extended hours.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of software engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Reporting, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports and calculated fields.
  • Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, including data ingestion, transformations, and dataset management.
  • Strong proficiency with SQL and understanding of relational data models.
  • Experience integrating Workday data with external analytics or reporting platforms.
  • Understanding of Workday security domains and role-based access controls.
  • Power BI dashboard or analytical solution development experience is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers and communicate effectively.
  • Willingness to continuously learn Workday and Prism Analytics enhancements.
  • Ability to work from a designated Wells Fargo office location in India under a hybrid or in-office model.
