Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Microsoft Portals using C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Platform components.
- Build client-facing websites, forms, workflows, and custom solutions with Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate.
- Develop and customize Dynamics 365 Contact Center, Customer Service, and Sales applications.
- Translate UI/UX wireframes into responsive, functional web applications.
- Design secure, scalable, and user-friendly portals with role-based access and authentication.
- Create, deploy, enable, and manage Copilot Studio agents.
- Maintain portal intake channels including chat, webforms, email, and IVR.
- Integrate portal experiences with Dataverse, APIs, Dynamics 365, and external enterprise data sources.
- Configure authentication and authorization using Azure AD B2C, Microsoft Entra ID, or other identity providers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver maintainable, reusable, scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of IT experience with Microsoft Power Pages/Portals, Power Automate, and Power Platform development.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center, Customer Service, and/or Sales.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, C#, and Liquid templates.
- Experience creating and deploying agents in Copilot Studio.
- Experience with REST APIs, custom connectors, and JSON data.
- Experience with JavaScript UI frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Knowledge of web security best practices and identity authentication systems.
- Experience integrating applications with external systems.
- Understanding of agile delivery and development methodologies.
- Proficiency with application development tools and quality assurance practices.
