Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end UiPath automation solutions for complex enterprise business processes.
- Develop model-driven and canvas Power Apps applications, including forms, data models, and integrations.
- Integrate UiPath workflows with ERP, CRM, and custom enterprise systems.
- Analyze manual and semi-automated processes and create solution designs aligned with stakeholder needs.
- Implement exception handling, logging, monitoring, and reliability improvements in UiPath solutions.
- Collaborate with analysts, architects, testers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
- Optimize existing UiPath bots and Power Apps components for performance, usability, and maintainability.
- Create process design documents, configuration details, deployment guides, and other technical documentation.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback on coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
- Coordinate environment configuration, deployments, governance, and security compliance with platform teams.
- Support user acceptance testing, defect resolution, stakeholder guidance, and post-launch hypercare.
- Prioritize backlogs, estimate effort, and plan sprints with product owners and delivery managers.
Requirements
- At least eight years of professional experience, including several years designing and implementing enterprise UiPath automation solutions.
- Strong proficiency building model-driven and canvas Power Apps, including form design, data modeling, Dataverse, and SharePoint integrations.
- Understanding of UiPath Orchestrator concepts, queues, and scheduling for large-scale bot deployments.
- Automotive or industrial manufacturing process knowledge is preferred where possible.
- Experience working in hybrid environments with distributed teams and virtual collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices, including requirements analysis, source control, code review, unit testing, and continuous integration.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for diagnosing workflow, data integration, and user-interface issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for explaining technical concepts and gathering process requirements.
- Commitment to keeping current with UiPath, Power Platform, and digital-transformation developments.
