Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged and SaaS applications to align features with business requirements.
- Manage software releases and maintain application compatibility, stability, and performance.
- Use APIs, low-code platforms, and standard development tools to customize and extend applications.
- Act as an SME, manage team activities, and make decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance application performance and user experience.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication on project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java full-stack development, including frontend and backend development.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of server-side programming and database management.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment processes.
- Ability to work with low-code platforms and standard development tools.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
