Base Salary

$168k - $311k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end product vision, prioritization, and roadmap for enterprise data observability.
  • Design reusable architecture and configurable frameworks for data quality, integrity, lineage, and observability across business domains.
  • Build and operationalize agentic AI frameworks with orchestration layers, tool-use patterns, feedback loops, anomaly detection, triage, and self-healing data pipelines.
  • Own delivery from requirements through deployment, including monitoring definitions, alert prioritization, issue tracking, and adoption at scale.
  • Define data specifications, business glossaries, governance rules, ownership models, process flows, and lineage maps for supply chain and enterprise data.
  • Design the LLM inference stack, including model selection, prompt engineering, context-window management, and output validation.
  • Partner with enterprise data architects and business stakeholders to establish data governance and accountability.
  • Champion AI-assisted software development practices across the observability product portfolio.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in data and product management, including deploying enterprise-grade AI or data solutions in complex environments.
  • Experience building knowledge frameworks for AI agents, including data specifications, business glossaries, governance policies, lineage, and process flows.
  • Working knowledge of Databricks, Delta Lake, PySpark, Palantir, Informatica, and ETL/ELT tools and pipeline patterns.
  • Experience with agentic AI workflows, LLM-based agents, RAG, orchestration frameworks, and production data quality or observability use cases.
  • Strong foundation in master data management, data quality, governance, and integration with ERP systems, data lakes, enterprise applications, and document repositories.
  • Ability to build senior stakeholder relationships and present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing data domains, including Material Master, BOM, Supplier Data, and Reference Data.
  • Experience deploying software using tools such as Jira, Jenkins, and Git.
  • Preferred full-stack experience with SQL, Python, PySpark, React, Angular, and Node.js.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or Data Engineering, or equivalent experience in enterprise data architecture and product management.

Benefits

  • Base salary range is 168,000 USD–264,500 USD for Level 4 and 196,000 USD–310,500 USD for Level 5, with eligibility for equity and benefits.
