Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise EMEA customers.
Lead deployments, integrations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key European customers.
Deliver trainings and workshops on Tenstorrent architecture and best practices.
Own technical execution for Galaxy server deployments from PoC through production.
Collaborate with global teams to resolve issues and support business growth.
Act as the voice of the customer to influence engineering improvements.

8+ years of experience in systems engineering across hardware, software, and firmware.
Experience in HPC, AI, or high-performance computing environments.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
Strong system-level problem-solving skills across the full stack.
Excellent technical communication skills for diverse audiences.
Fluency in German and English; additional European languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel 30-40% across the EMEA region.
