Responsibilities

Form successful relationships with clients and provide technical and business value.
Operate as an expert in big data analytics to excite customers about Databricks.
Develop into a trusted advisor on architecture, design, and implementation.
Scale best practices by authoring reference architectures and demo applications.
Lead workshops, seminars, and meet-ups to build the Databricks community.
Take ownership of projects and drive them forward with strong project management.

Engage customers in technical sales and communicate technical value propositions.
Develop customer relationships and build internal partnerships.
Prior experience with coding in a core programming language (Python, Java, Scala).
Builder mindset with a passion for quick prototyping and vibe coding.
Proficient with Big Data Analytics technologies and public cloud platforms.
Experienced in delivering complex solution architecture designs.
Joy in tackling tough technical questions while keeping the big picture in mind.
Experience in Retail & CPG industry projects is a strong plus.
Spikes in production-grade SQL/DWH or ML/AI are advantageous.
Fluency in German is a strong advantage.
