Responsibilities
- Co-lead the technical execution and design of AI deployments in enterprise environments.
- Educate partners on Parloa's platform capabilities and best practices.
- Architect deployment solutions for performance, reliability, and security.
- Build custom extensions and integrations to meet partner requirements.
- Operate across backend engineering, DevOps, and data engineering.
- Collaborate with customer and partner engineering teams to deliver outcomes.
- Engage with senior technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Rapidly debug issues in mission-critical environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, DevOps, or data engineering.
- Proven track record of leading technical deployments in large-scale environments.
- Strong technical depth in backend engineering, infrastructure-as-code, and APIs.
- Ability to operate independently in high-responsibility settings.
- A builder’s mindset with a focus on real-world solutions.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with AI/LLM-powered systems is a strong plus.
