Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners and clients in AI Agent solution design.
- Co-design AI Agent architectures with partners for scalable implementations.
- Educate partners on the capabilities and limitations of Parloa’s platform.
- Challenge and refine use cases to prioritize effective solutions.
- Bridge business and technical stakeholders by translating requirements.
- Support early-phase implementations while transitioning ownership to partners.
- Guide integration design to connect Parloa’s platform with enterprise systems.
- Design and validate conversational experiences for high-quality AI behavior.
- Collaborate with internal teams to remove blockers and shape solutions.
- Define and document best practices for partner enablement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles in enterprise environments.
- Strong foundation in AI Agent development, including conversational design.
- Ability to design and implement AI solutions, with a preference for enabling others.
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions with clients.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and enterprise system architectures.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and API authentication methods.
- Familiarity with advanced prompting techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for structuring complex use cases.
- High ownership mindset in ambiguous, partner-driven environments.
