Base Salary
$167k - $208k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain accessible, performant, pixel-perfect components, patterns, and foundations including tokens, typography, color, and layout.
- Lead projects that deliver reusable UI patterns addressing product-team pain points.
- Develop a design system that supports AI-assisted software development and practical leveraged outcomes.
- Improve the design system’s prototyping experience for rapid product iteration and concept exploration.
- Mentor teammates and raise design-system craft and AI fluency through clear best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of frontend development experience.
- Deep experience with React, TypeScript, and modern web technologies.
- Experience building or maintaining a design system or shared component library.
- Thorough command of frontend tooling, including build systems, CI/CD, and testing.
- Strong ownership, systems thinking, product judgment, and comfort working through ambiguity.
- Hands-on fluency with how emerging AI paradigms are changing software development and how to apply them practically.
