Responsibilities
- Lead strategic deployments quarterly, ensuring quality, timelines, and outcomes.
- Project manage end-to-end implementation strategy and complex integrations.
- Optimize deployment frameworks by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions.
- Partner with Engineering and Product to influence the roadmap with client insights.
- Lead cross-functional execution across Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering.
- Institutionalize best practices through documentation and knowledge systems.
- Support scalability by forecasting capacity and mitigating pipeline constraints.
- Leverage AI to accelerate solution design and continuous deployment improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years in deployment, implementation, solutions engineering, or systems architecture.
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations.
- Deep technical skills to engage engineering and translate business needs.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence through process and automation.
- Ability to influence senior cross-functional teams to align efforts.
- Capability to independently scope, prioritize, and execute in high-growth environments.
- Clear understanding of deployment's commercial impact on revenue and retention.
- Strong viewpoint on integrating AI into workflows for leverage and output.
