Base Salary
$161k - $242k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers and PMs to understand legal workflows and design practical evaluations.
- Optimize agent performance through prompt engineering and model selection.
- Design and implement infrastructure for low-latency agent execution.
- Improve observability and instrumentation to profile agent behavior.
- Stay current on developments in agentic systems and integrate learnings into products.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of software engineering experience post-BS/MS.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
- Experience shipping user-facing products, either backend or full-stack.
- Passion for building effective domain-specific agents.
- Iterative mindset with a focus on quick decision-making and shipping prototypes.
