Base Salary
$150k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and own full-stack features for partner portals, admin dashboards, reporting, and B2B subscription workflows.
- Design and implement backend services, APIs, and data models supporting multi-tenant enterprise use cases.
- Lead integrations across authentication, entitlements, billing, CRM, and analytics.
- Partner with product, design, sales, and customer success to define scope and deliver end-to-end outcomes.
- Maintain high standards for privacy, security, observability, data integrity, and safe rollouts.
- Contribute to AI-assisted development workflows with strong design review and verification practices.
- Mentor engineers and raise the team’s standards for technical judgment and ownership.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building production-scale web applications.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and SQL databases, with Postgres preferred.
- Full-stack capability across frontend and backend with solid database fundamentals.
- Experience with or strong interest in B2B SaaS, enterprise product surfaces, or multi-tenant systems.
- Experience designing APIs and backend services, defining system boundaries, and working with relational data.
- Ability to translate enterprise requirements into pragmatic scope and durable technical foundations.
- Ability to work autonomously on a small team with high ownership expectations.
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
- Excitement about AI-assisted development combined with thoughtful verification and production-quality standards.
- Preferred experience includes multi-tenant B2B SaaS, SSO/SAML, billing, invoicing, entitlements, admin dashboards, reporting, analytics integrations, B2B account models, roles, provisioning, CRM or marketing technology integrations, and consumer and B2B product surfaces.
