Responsibilities
- Assist in designing distributed, low-latency services for data ingestion, processing, and aggregation.
- Integrate SaaS platforms including Slack, Salesforce, and Tableau.
- Support analytics tools that identify trends and sentiments in free-form text using natural language processing and machine learning.
- Contribute to widgets for visualizing data in dashboards and reports.
- Work with customers to understand and meet requirements within the Qualtrics Platform.
- Collaborate with engineers, tech operations, product managers, managers, and peers.
- Participate in an agile development environment and help own software quality end to end.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in a software engineering role.
- Familiarity with Java, PHP, or Scala.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
- Exposure to JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or Node.js.
- Knowledge of SQL or MySQL and other database or data-storage technologies.
- Strong curiosity, analytical problem-solving ability, communication, initiative, collaboration, and willingness to learn.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the job location without Qualtrics sponsorship now or in the future.
