Base Salary
$240k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build systems that enable autonomous buildings to operate and communicate intelligently.
- Develop and own customer-driven product features end-to-end from design through deployment.
- Improve the scalability, reliability, architecture, and design patterns of core infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product and design to turn AI capabilities into user-facing experiences.
- Ship frequent production improvements while applying testing, observability, and continuous integration practices.
Requirements
- Demonstrate ownership, urgency, pragmatism, and a startup-oriented approach to building and shipping software.
- Solve complex problems independently with minimal guidance and move quickly from ideas to implementation.
- Have a solid understanding of system design and scalable architecture principles.
- Have at least 1 year of experience with Java, C#, Go, or Python.
- Be willing to work in person at the office 4–5 days per week.
- Preferred qualifications include familiarity with microservices architecture, event-driven distributed systems, machine learning, data, or AWS.
