Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and evolve the global UiPath-based automation platform architecture.
- Evaluate and support adoption of new Intelligent Process Automation platform features and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with global development teams to identify platform enhancements and respond to business requirements.
- Support software license management, allocation tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Manage platform access controls and user permissions.
- Define and implement development standards and automation design guidelines.
- Provide technical guidance to global and local automation delivery teams.
- Support platform initiatives, governance activities, and continuous improvement of the automation ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum five years of professional experience in IT, software development, automation, or a related field.
- Two to three years of experience with RPA and/or Intelligent Process Automation solutions.
- Strong knowledge of UiPath platform components, including Orchestrator, AI Center, Insights, and Integration Services.
- Understanding of RPA development methodologies, IT infrastructure, data security concepts, process automation, and digital transformation.
- Familiarity with AWS, Dynatrace, CyberArk, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Jira, and basic SAP.
- Experience working in Agile project environments; Lean or Six Sigma knowledge is advantageous.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus.
