Responsibilities
- Create and organize test plans for product releases across multiple products.
- Create test procedures and coordinate and conduct test execution.
- Design and develop test automation agents.
- Enhance and maintain lab equipment and networks for product validation.
- Perform end-to-end, capacity, and scalability testing across external interfaces and integrated products.
- Work collaboratively with project teams across different teams, locations, and products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in software testing, including test automation.
- Experience with test automation tools such as JMeter, Selenium, Playwright, and AI agents.
- Experience with end-to-end testing involving external interfaces.
- Knowledge of capacity and scalability testing.
- Familiarity with standard software development tools and scripting languages for test automation design and development.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of fiber and cable network domains is an additional consideration.
