Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own complex technical projects from requirements analysis through design, implementation, testing, and production launch.
- Build APIs and tooling with strong performance and code-quality principles.
- Contribute hands-on to Java software implementation and deliver functionality quickly through iterative releases.
- Improve platform robustness, scalability, and reliability for high-volume use.
- Shape technical design, architecture, roadmap decisions, and team culture as an early member of the team.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and stakeholders across teams and time zones.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in the software development industry.
- Experience with Java, web services, REST APIs, webhooks, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with complex large-scale distributed systems and software engineering practices.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Ownership mentality, strong engineering judgment, and willingness to incorporate diverse perspectives.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring new visa sponsorship; visa transfers may be supported, but H-1B CAP sponsorship is not available.
