Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve scalable, maintainable, secure software solutions using ServiceNow and related tools.
- Lead and build ServiceNow functionality independently, including platform upgrades, security model implementation, and API-based integrations.
- Apply software engineering best practices, code reviews, unit testing, and secure coding practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, business functions, and other stakeholders to define and deliver solutions.
- Guide team members, lead collaborative assignments, communicate complex information, and support risk, controls, and governance activities.
- Contribute to infrastructure and deployment pipeline evolution, operational effectiveness, and technology innovation.
Requirements
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform, including the core CSDM model, platform upgrades, security model, and API integrations.
- ServiceNow CSA and CAD administrator/developer certifications and the ability to lead and build functionality independently.
- Very good understanding of programming languages and data models, with the ability to apply enterprise development best practices.
- Experience working in an enterprise regulated industry is valued.
- Experience with the ServiceNow CSM module in an FSO context is valued.
- Good experience with AI models and tools such as GitLab Duo and Claude Code is valued.
- Ability to demonstrate skills in risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, and job-specific technical skills.
