Responsibilities
- Drive full-stack development for the Coding Agent in Python, TypeScript, or C#.
- Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of code.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.
- Plan, design, develop, and test software systems and applications end-to-end.
- Maintain code quality and promote a culture of engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and marketing teams to ship the platform.
- Architect a modular and reusable codebase for an evolving AI product.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a software engineering role using high-level programming languages.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and architectural design patterns.
- Ability to translate functional and UX requirements into production-ready software.
- Familiarity with multithreading, synchronization, asynchronous programming, and test frameworks.
- Knowledge of core data structures and fundamental algorithms.
- Experience with cloud services, preferably Azure, AWS, or GCP.
