Responsibilities
- Build and ship features for Clera’s agentic system to automate the headhunting process end to end.
- Own projects from concept through deployment and transition prototypes toward scalable, high-quality software when appropriate.
- Work directly with the CTO, co-founder, and engineering team while shipping to production frequently.
- Talk with customers and iterate on the product based on feedback.
- Help shape the technical direction and future of Clera’s AI recruiting marketplace.
Requirements
- Very strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and coding with AI tools such as Cursor.
- Ideally, experience working with LLM APIs.
- High-agency, resourceful startup mindset and strong ownership of projects.
- Willingness to work intensely and create new products with significant impact.
- Applicants should be from the DACH region.
