Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Integrate and optimize algorithms for real-time predictions of traffic behavior.
- Measure statistical properties and quality of predictions and plans.
- Build systems to safely handle various driving events.
- Evaluate and verify system performance using real-world and simulated data.
- Deliver reliable software through continuous integration and automated testing.
- Collaborate with teams to improve system performance.
- Monitor system performance within resource constraints.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 2+ years, or a PhD.
- Fluency in modern C++ and experience with Python.
- Familiarity with PyTorch, ONNX, and model deployment/optimization.
- Knowledge of probabilistic inference, probability theory, and statistics.
- Experience in applying machine learning for classification, regression, and time series forecasting.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams.
- Industry experience in writing production-quality, performance-critical code is preferred.
