Base Salary
$187k - $292k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy robust reinforcement learning policies for locomotion and manipulation.
- Integrate perception into RL policies for obstacle-aware and collision-free motion.
- Develop and maintain core RL infrastructure, including training pipelines and evaluation frameworks.
- Create new simulation environments to support training and evaluation of control policies.
- Collaborate with software and deployment teams to deliver production-quality policies.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in developing and deploying reinforcement learning policies for robotics.
- Strong Python skills and experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch.
- Experience in designing reward functions and tuning hyperparameters for control tasks.
- Familiarity with perception-in-the-loop control and real-time sensory integration.
- Proven experience deploying RL policies on real-world bipedal or quadrupedal robots.
- Familiarity with robot simulation environments and sim-to-real transfer.
