Responsibilities
- Build and evolve the core AI tutoring system, including prompt architectures and real-time adaptive behaviors.
- Run rigorous experimentation and evaluation to measure learning effectiveness.
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable software integrating AI capabilities.

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience building complex LLM-based systems.
- Strong prompt engineering intuition and experience designing agentic workflows.
- Ability to design meaningful evaluation methods and custom metrics.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and fluency in Python.
- Familiarity with production infrastructure, cloud environments, and CI/CD.
- Empathy for learners and content creators to translate pedagogical goals.
- Ability to reason holistically across AI behavior and user experience.
