Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate scalable AWS cloud infrastructure and platform services.
- Enhance Kubernetes and Amazon EKS environments for resilient cloud-native application deployment and operational excellence.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment workflows, and operational processes using Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD practices.
- Partner with software engineering teams to define platform standards, solve production challenges, and improve delivery consistency.
- Implement and improve monitoring, alerting, and operational insights using Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
- Apply SRE principles to improve reliability, reduce manual toil, and support continuous improvement and technical leadership.
Requirements
- Strong experience building and operating production infrastructure on AWS and applying cloud architecture patterns for scalable distributed systems.
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience, ideally with Amazon EKS, and experience supporting production containerized workloads.
- Proficiency with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and automation workflows.
- Strong foundation in Linux systems, networking, and reliability engineering, including troubleshooting across infrastructure and application layers.
- Experience with one or more programming or scripting languages such as Go or Python.
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
- Experience with Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker is highly desirable.
