Responsibilities
- Design, train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning and generative AI models.
- Develop and implement GenAI solutions using Python and machine learning libraries.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Fine-tune large language models using Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques.
- Build RAG pipelines using Azure-native tools, including semantic search and chunking strategies.
- Integrate AI models into user-facing applications in collaboration with software teams.
Requirements
- B.E. degree.
- 4+ years of experience in machine learning development.
- Proficiency with Azure AI Search for vector storage, Prompt Flow for orchestration, and Azure OpenAI Service.
- Proficiency with Python, Hugging Face, Scikit-learn, and LangChain.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone and Milvus.
- Experience with prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, semantic search, and chunking strategies.
