Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using React and Node.js.
- Build scalable services and RESTful APIs for internal and external consumers.
- Design cloud-native, event-driven architectures for high-scale applications.
- Integrate AI and LLM capabilities into business workflows using agentic frameworks and orchestration platforms.
- Build AI agents, tool integrations, prompt workflows, and MCP/tool-based interactions.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, and engineering teams to deliver technical solutions.
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, testing automation, and CI/CD practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Contribute to technical documentation and mentor junior engineers when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- 4–7 years of full-stack application development experience using Node.js, React, and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on expertise in API design, development, integration, and performance optimization.
- Experience building scalable cloud-native applications and AI-powered applications or integrations.
- Understanding of agentic AI frameworks, LLM-based applications, AI orchestration, or workflow automation is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of software design patterns, data structures, algorithms, storage, data management, or cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to own complex technical challenges and deliver high-impact projects.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, collaboration, and continuous-learning skills.
