Responsibilities
- Discuss and qualify technical requirements with customers.
- Collaborate with sales and other teams to progress deals.
- Architect solutions to meet customer technical requirements.
- Perform proof-of-concepts to demonstrate Aerospike's capabilities.
- Present technical solutions to various customer levels, including C-level executives.
- Evangelize Aerospike at events and meetups.
- Identify areas for improvement and communicate solutions to management.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Bahasa.
- Experience in a customer-facing presales role.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- 7+ years of experience in database technology.
- Familiarity with NoSQL, Relational, Distributed, and MPP databases.
- Strong coding skills in at least one language: Java, C/C++, Python, or Go.
- Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes.
- Linux experience is essential.
- Deep expertise in at least one cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Knowledge of Spark, Kafka, Flink, or Pulsar is a plus.
- Experience with Graph or Vector Databases/AI-ML is a nice to have.
- Infrastructure knowledge including Networking, CPUs, SSDs, and Memory.
