Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure Salesforce solutions using low-code/no-code tools, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Implement and customize Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and Experience Cloud for case management, citizen engagement portals, workflows, and stakeholder needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, including user stories, workflows, and system features.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems while supporting secure data exchange and federal compliance requirements.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and migration from legacy systems.
- Write documented, efficient code consistent with Salesforce best practices and federal security requirements.
- Create technical documentation for project deliverables, gate reviews, and ATO cybersecurity requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance and scalability.
- Support user training and collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and federal clients.
Requirements
- Active Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification and Salesforce Developer certification such as Platform Developer I or II.
- At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and its standard framework components.
- At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce development tools such as VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and Workbench, and Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Public Trust or active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.
- Must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., perform all work in the U.S., and have lived in the U.S. for three full years out of the last five.
- Experience with OmniStudio, Salesforce configuration and administration, external integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware or ETL tools, federal government clients, ATO processes, and federal cybersecurity standards is preferred.
- Preferred experience includes DevOps activities, package creation and deployment, code scan remediation, regression testing, user training, and technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, critical-thinking, organization, attention to detail, and prioritization skills are preferred.
