Responsibilities
- Provide tier 3 technical support for escalated issues.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to address complex technical challenges.
- Monitor system processes to identify potential issues early.
- Engage in incident management and track key metrics.
- Develop monitoring tools and drive process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Tier 3/4 Technical Support or Production Engineering.
- Strong technical background with troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Expertise in using debugging tools and log aggregators.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with complex relational databases.
- Ability to read and understand code in JS/TypeScript/Python.
- Fluency in English and Hebrew with strong communication skills.
