Responsibilities
- Design, build, scale, and support digital asset custody and financial software systems.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver software iteratively.
- Solve complex technical problems and debug large-scale environments.
- Influence the technical direction for the financial services business.
- Contribute to team roadmap discussions and planning.
- Manage identity and access management, user management, and data security.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures.
- Work with the SecOps team to ensure security logs and events are available.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack developer.
- Proficiency in NodeJS, React, and TypeScript.
- Experience building and scaling large-scale, distributed systems.
- Demonstrated ability to take features from idea to production ownership.
- Experience with modern AI development tools to enhance workflow.
- Strong fundamentals in software engineering practices and clean code.
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in the full software development life cycle.
- Previous experience in digital asset custody solutions is an advantage.
