Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to technical resource for sales and solutions engineering on Wiz Platform architecture questions.
- Own Outpost investigations end to end, addressing IAM misconfigurations and networking failures.
- Root cause and triage issues across multiple cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Collaborate with engineering on escalations and reproduce issues.
- Translate technical gaps for customers and engineering, distinguishing between Wiz bugs and customer misconfigurations.
- Provide technical feedback to Product Management based on field engagements.
- Build and maintain investigation runbooks and internal knowledge base content.
- Collaborate with sales teams on strategic opportunities and assist during the POV process.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience designing and implementing public cloud architectures.
- Deep expertise across major cloud providers.
- Experience in the Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP) space.
- Extensive knowledge of networking fundamentals and IAM models.
- Experience with Kubernetes and container environments.
- Familiarity with developer workflows and tools like Git and Terraform.
- Solid knowledge of Attack Surface Management methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business audiences.
- Full professional fluency in both English and Hebrew.
