Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to technical resource for Wiz Platform architecture questions, messaging, and presentations.
- Own end-to-end Wiz Outpost investigations involving IAM misconfigurations, networking failures, provisioning breakdowns, and scan degradation.
- Root-cause and triage issues across multiple cloud environments and distinguish product bugs from customer misconfigurations and cloud-provider behavior.
- Partner with engineering on escalations, issue reproduction, and technical resolution.
- Provide field feedback to Product Management to improve the product’s value messaging and market position.
- Build and maintain investigation runbooks, internal knowledge-base content, and onboarding materials, and lead thought-leadership sessions.
- Collaborate with sales teams on strategic opportunities and support SEs and prospects through proofs of value, advanced use cases, installation, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with the CTO, Field CTO, Customer Success, Product Management, and R&D organizations throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- At least six years of experience designing and implementing public cloud architectures.
- Deep expertise across major cloud providers, including AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, and Alibaba.
- Experience in the Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP) space.
- Extensive knowledge of networking fundamentals, cloud networking, and Identity and Access Management models.
- Experience architecting, deploying, and troubleshooting complex Kubernetes and container environments, including managed services, node groups, autoscaling, operators, pod scheduling, and cluster lifecycle management.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, Helm, CloudFormation, and Terraform.
- Knowledge of Attack Surface Management methodologies, network reconnaissance, cloud security, and vulnerability assessments.
- Ability to communicate complex infrastructure issues to technical, business, and executive audiences.
- Full professional fluency in written and verbal English and Hebrew.
- Willingness to undergo security clearance.
- Background in security products or cloud security posture, workload scanning, disk snapshot pipelines, or supporting ISV/SaaS products deployed in customer cloud accounts is a bonus.
