Responsibilities
- Own and continuously evolve the technical architecture of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
- Establish and enforce development standards, best practices, and technical governance.
- Provide architectural guidance, code reviews, and final technical approval for CRM developers’ solutions.
- Act as the technical authority for major architectural decisions and production readiness.
- Develop deep knowledge of Wix’s internal development environment, engineering infrastructure, tools, and technical standards.
- Own integration architecture connecting internal systems and infrastructure with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure services.
- Support platform stability, scalability, continuous development, automation, release management, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly Customer Engagement or Customer Service applications.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure services, and Dynamics 365 architecture.
- Proven experience in technical leadership, solution architecture, or ownership of complex enterprise platforms.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment automation.
- Experience designing and maintaining complex integrations between enterprise systems, cloud services, and internal infrastructure.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a large-scale technology company, leading or mentoring software developers, or working with Dynamics 365 Copilot, Azure AI services, and AI cost optimization is advantageous.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure Solution Architecture are advantageous.
