Responsibilities
- Guide customers and partners through project cycles using platform and product expertise to shape effective solutions.
- Lead architecture across engagements, coordinate multiple architects, and align planning and delivery with project and engagement managers.
- Direct early solution evaluation, proactively manage issues, and collaborate with executives, account teams, engineering, and product management.
- Mentor customers, partners, and colleagues on technical delivery, communication strategy, and executive influence.
- Analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration, including Salesforce enterprise applications and coded solutions.
Requirements
- Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience in a major software domain such as CRM, ERP, or HR.
- Coding experience in object-oriented languages.
- Experience with the Salesforce Platform and technical architecture, including designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration and guide adoption of emerging technology for business use cases.
- A degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
- Preferred qualifications include detailed knowledge of web services, data modeling, enterprise application integration, ESB or ETL tools, C-level relationship building, Senior Architect or CTO experience, and organizational transformation leadership in a matrixed organization.
