Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop scalable, high-performing solutions for payment processing systems and transaction workflows.
- Integrate payment gateways and security protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to payment systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on technical decisions.
- Manage team activities, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication around project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Payments Fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Payments Fundamentals and strong knowledge of payment processing systems and transaction workflows.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components.
- Familiarity with payment gateway integration and security protocols.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to payment systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
