Responsibilities
- Contribute to requirements gathering, application and database design, development, testing, deployment, and support across the software development lifecycle.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, maintainable, and performant application components and services.
- Build AI-infused applications, Copilot-powered features, and intelligent agent solutions that improve user productivity and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, stakeholders, and business partners through code reviews, technical discussions, planning, and delivery activities.
- Establish strong coding, automated testing, documentation, monitoring, alerting, diagnostics, and reliability practices.
- Improve platform performance, scalability, cost efficiency, automation, and operational recovery while supporting incident mitigation and root-cause analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field and 5+ years of technical engineering experience coding in languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience building commercial software and successfully shipping software products and services is preferred.
- Experience with cloud development principles, loosely coupled architectures, microservices, and DevOps practices is preferred.
- Technical proficiency with C#, .NET, React, JavaScript or TypeScript, automated testing frameworks, and related application technologies is preferred.
- Experience using AI development tools and building applications or intelligent agents with ASP.NET, Azure AI services, or Azure AI Foundry is preferred.
- Knowledge of enterprise-scale Azure infrastructure, Azure PaaS services, cloud-native platforms, compute, integration, and database services is preferred.
- Experience with Git or other source control systems, CI/CD pipelines, global agile teams, or startup environments is preferred.
- Experience with Power Platform and Dynamics 365 is an added advantage.
