Responsibilities
- Execute delivery tasks supporting solution architectures and modernization priorities.
- Implement application, data, cloud, and AI components based on established technical designs.
- Apply Azure technologies and Microsoft frameworks to improve solution maintainability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Develop or contribute to AI capabilities involving agents and orchestration, search and retrieval, LLM evaluation and operations, responsible AI, data foundations, cloud engineering, governance, or analytics.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, client stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams.
- Support documentation, testing, validation, telemetry, feedback loops, monitoring, deployment pipelines, and ongoing optimization.
- Provide status updates, surface risks, maintain execution quality, and meet workload and utilization commitments.
- Share knowledge with junior team members and contribute to reusable assets, internal frameworks, communities of practice, and thought leadership.
- Support Agile delivery practices and use feedback and data to improve execution.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience as stated for the role.
- At least two years of experience delivering AI/ML or data solution components in one or two focus areas.
- Two or more years of relevant experience implementing technical solutions on Azure.
- Technical foundation in one Azure domain: Application Innovation, Cloud Platform, or Data & AI.
- Proficiency in one or two areas including agents and orchestration, search and retrieval, evaluation and LLM operations, responsible AI and privacy, AI platforms and data foundations, cloud engineering, data integration and governance, or analytics and visualization.
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, Azure AI Search, Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus, Databricks, Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, and Power BI is relevant to the listed focus areas.
- Familiarity with modern development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor.
- Exposure to data engineering, governance, analytics, data science tools, Python libraries, and machine learning frameworks.
- Relevant Azure or Databricks certifications in AI, Data, or Architecture are preferred.
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience and exposure to hybrid or multi-cloud environments are preferred.
- Ability to execute assigned technical tasks, follow established delivery processes, communicate effectively, and collaborate across project teams.
