Responsibilities
- Configure and customize packaged or SaaS applications to align with business requirements.
- Manage application releases and maintain system stability, compatibility, and performance.
- Use APIs and low-code platforms to develop and integrate solutions.
- Optimize application configurations and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Act as an SME, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Field Service.
- Proficiency in Oracle Field Service and configuring packaged or SaaS applications.
- Experience with APIs and low-code platforms for solution development and integration.
- Ability to manage software release cycles and maintain system stability during updates.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting complex application issues in multi-team environments.
- 15 years of full-time education.
